STORYVILLE NEWS: Fashion Show & New Shop |
- The Second Ever Storyville Fashion Show is this Saturday, March 21, at the Manship Theatre in the Shaw Center in downtown Baton Rouge. Tickets are available online at the Manship Theatre (click here) and available for purchase in the Storyville Baton Rouge shop and at the Manship Theatre box office. Make sure to get your tickets soon because this show will sell out. All proceeds go to the Capital Area Alliance for the Homeless.
- Victor and Juan Harvey put together a little video to promote the fashion show. Click play on the video below to see what they came up with. The video also features a cameo by Allen Harvey. "Victor & Juan" was created by LSU alumni Lawles Bourque, TJ Guillot and Alex Faucheux. The first video is the actual promotional short and the second video is a minute-long outtakes reel. Check these two minute-long videos; they're hilarious.
 
- You should listen to Victor and Juan and come to the Storyville Fashion Show. It's a show like no other, and it's for a good cause. This year's show will feature the LSU Tiger Girls, the Red Stick Roller Girls, the Legacy hip hop dancers, live music, comedy and more than a few surprises. We'll also debut the Storyville short film "The Shop". Your show ticket gets you in free to the Afterparty at 333 Bistreaux at Avoyelles, which will feature live music from Barisal Guns. Nobody puts on a fashion show like Storyville, and you don't want to miss out on the fun.

- Storyville's third shop will open in New Orleans on Friday, March 27. Storyville New Orleans will be located at 2126 Magazine Street, next to Diva's Shoe Box, Made and a couple doors down from the soon-to-be-opened Snap Fitness 24/7 Center. Our New Orleans shop will have a "quiet opening", and will be a work-in-progress. It's a small space, but we're going to do wonders with it. To read more about the new Storyville shop, click here.
