Who are the Storyville Models? Want to be one?

The models you see on this website are locals from the communities in which we have shops. Many are from Louisiana State University and the University of Texas at Austin. Other models hail from Southern University (Baton Rouge), Baton Rouge Community College, the University of New Orleans, Delgado Community College (New Orleans), Tulane University, Loyola University (New Orleans), St. Edward's University (Austin) and Austin Community College. And some of the youngest models are our siblings, who live in Hammond, Louisiana and attend Mater Dolorosa Elementary School -- Juan, Estefania, Victor and Paula.

Most of the photos that you see on wearyourstory.com were taken on or around the LSU and UT campuses, on South Congress Ave. in Austin and in the New Orleans Garden District.

The photos that you seen on this website were taken by Gabriel Harvey, Rebekah Harvey, Elizabeth Harvey, Josh Harvey or a handful of guest photographers, including Jeff Roedel of 225 magazine, LSU student Lawles Bourque as well as UT students June Yukay Oh and Mark Rosen.

All of our photos shoots are conducted outdoors and since the weather is a major factor, usually done on short notice. Please be patient with us -- we love using new people and doing photo shoots, but we have to squeeze the shoots in between our daily responsibilities that come with running five shops and this website. Also, we publicly list the names of our models on this website and on Facebook, so if you don't like having your name out there, you might not want to model for Storyville.
