The Ann W. Richards Congress Avenue Bridge (commonly known as the "Congress Bridge") crosses over Lady Bird Lake (part of the Colorado River) in Austin. The bridge is currently home to the world's largest urban bat colony, and a popular destination for tourists from around the world.

"Congress Bridge" was designed by Rob Blumanthal for Storyville. "Congress Bridge" is printed on an athletic gray, 50% polyester, 25% cotton and 25% rayon American Apparel tee shirt with white and black ink. This design is currently available in both the unisex and female-specific cuts. The t-shirt is modeled by University of New Orleans graduate Hunter Holder as well as LSU graduate Megan Colwart. Hunter and Megan now live in Austin. amd the photos were taken by Rebekah Harvey.
